Information We Collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, project street address, and project message. The project address may include a street, apartment or unit, city or town, state, and ZIP code. Our hosting and security systems may also process limited technical information, such as request timestamps, browser details, and network information.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, discuss a potential project, confirm service availability, prioritize and plan follow-up by project location, manage inquiries, operate the website, and protect the administrative area. If you separately choose to receive project updates, we may also use your email address to send occasional marketing messages. We do not treat a submitted phone number as permission to send marketing text messages, and we do not sell personal information.
Service Providers and Public Content
We use service providers to host the website, store website records, and send transactional and marketing email. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services. Resend may maintain contact, subscription, suppression, delivery, and engagement information needed to deliver email and honor unsubscribe choices. The website also displays recent Instagram content through a server-side connection to Meta; it does not embed Instagram's browser tracking widget.
Uploaded and project images may be stored and delivered using Cloudinary. In providing image storage and CDN delivery, Cloudinary may process ordinary request data such as network information, the requested image URL, and request timing. Cloudinary describes its practices in the Cloudinary Privacy Policy.
The website may display a Google rating and up to five public reviews supplied by Google Places. That content is requested server-side when needed and is not stored in our website database. Review-author details shown with that content come from Google, and links may take you to Google Maps.
The contact page may load a Google map and offer Google-powered address suggestions. If you use those features, Google may process the address text you type or select together with ordinary browser, device, network, and interaction information. We do not store suggestion lists or require you to choose a Google result. The editable project address you submit, whether selected or entered manually, is stored with your inquiry. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise may protect the inquiry form. When it runs, Google may process technical and interaction signals, including browser, device, network, and request information, to assess fraud and abuse. We use the resulting assessment only to protect the form and website.
Cookies and Sessions
The public website does not require an account. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise may set or read a security cookie, including _GRECAPTCHA, when it executes so it can provide fraud and abuse protection. A separate secure session cookie is used only when an authorized administrator signs in to the private dashboard.
Retention and Security
We retain inquiry information, including a submitted project address, for as long as reasonably needed to respond, plan potential work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Exact inquiry addresses remain in protected inquiry records and are not automatically added to public project pages or marketing-contact records. We use administrative access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Marketing consent records and unsubscribe or suppression records may be retained as needed to document your choice and prevent future marketing delivery. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove project or inquiry records that we still reasonably need for the purposes described above.
Short-lived abuse-prevention counters use keyed hashes derived from network and email identifiers. Rate-limit records do not contain raw IP addresses or email addresses and expire automatically.
Your Choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages but does not prevent necessary replies about an inquiry or active project. Contact us using the address below.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for homeowners and prospective customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
